Less Sleep during Weekdays, Jumbo Weekend Sleep does save lives

We all got the habit of thinking that sleep deprivation during weekdays can be fulfilled by long weekend sleep. According to a research conducted recently, too little rest during weekdays can’t be counteracted by a longer sleep during weekends. The suggestion that sleeping more hours over the weekend may compensate for staying up late during the week, at least in the younger age group, appears to diverge from past research, note the investigators.
